Default Twin Turbo

SO!!!! Has anybody heard of anybody running a twin-turbo setup on a srt-4 or a neon yet??? It seems feasable to me...one turbo up at the motor and one back at the exhaust right? Anybody? -03NeonRT- is it possible???

It didn't seem that fast on the dyno nor the fly by especially for a Twin turbo.

ive seen that before. it looks really cool, but isnt really neccesary for the everyday guy. a single turbo works great especially since our motors are relatively small

Your turbo would be worthless if you were going to have a twin turbo setup. The stock srt turbo is not separable from the manifold. DCR makes a twin turbo kit for the SRT4, it is quite expensive I believe. But they dyno'ed it at somewhere are 400hp/400tq. It was pretty impressive I think for stock srt4 turbos. With a mostly stock engine. But in most cases, for most people, a single turbo is the more feasible way to go.

Well I already bought the one srt-4 turbo and it is separated from the manifold. I was planning to put it in the rear of the car at/on the exhaust. And I wouldn't be doing this to the 2.0 liter but the 2.4 liter srt-4....I figured If I got a srt-4 I might as well throw my other turbo at it....run it on the exhaust and I can cut the boost down on both turbos to maximize the turbo life. The 2.4 engine should be able to withstand it no prob I hear they are good for 500hp

yeah the fly by and the other video does not seem all that great but if you read up they are still tunning..... as great as a crazy built 2.4 and twin turbo would be in a stock looking neon would be...... the money it would take would just not be worth it........ but at the same time i would love to tear upimports with a "stock" neon(body wise anyways) I just could never imagine the look on that persons face at the next light!!!

maybe my logic isnt correct, but i would figure that you would get more output out of an srt4 with a big AGP 50 trim turbo instead of a twin turbo.......but maybe im wrong
the AGP is the next long range upgrade im gonna get for my car
