Default bolts on/cam

Iamthinking about getting the cranecam #12. i was looking into it and i noticed someone mentioned it works best if you have all bolt ons, my question is what exactly are all the bolt ons you can do? and should i go with a Throttle body before i do the cam? i have a cai, headers, and exhaust already.

ourcars only have one header, but i think you have them all. a throttle body would be good, 55 would be a good size, but i would get the crane 10 unless you plan on using it for track only also, you should get new springs and retainers

ya i think i am going to get a TB before the cam.do you know where to get a 55. i can only find the 60. are you runnin the 10? it's a daily driven car so i would like to get whats best for it. do i have to get both springs and retainers or can i just get the springs. and is it true that if i upgrade my cam i will have to run (premium gas 91) ? i know are cars only have 1header. thanks for the info bro

no im not runnin a cam yet, but i know that the 10 is less of a radical cam so it would be better for a daily driver. not sure about the gas, and i would upgrade both just to be safe. not sure if you NEED to or not

Good bolt-ons that will change airflow would be a header, cat-back exhaust, intake, intake manifold, TB.

check this site out.

good bolt ons are:

Header
Exhaust (cat-back, muffler, new high-flow cats)
Intake (CAI)
Intake Manifold
Throttle Body (55 - 60mm)

and that is basic stuff. The intake manifold might be a bit tricky, the wiring harness has to be taken off before you can even take off the intake manifold.

All of that is still very easy to do though.

P.S. I have the crane cam #12

A couple other good upgrades would be a underdrive pulley and maybe some cam gears....

U don't need a cam gear unless u plan on advancing or retarding the cam timing.
The udp is also a good upgrade. That was the first performance part to be installed on my car. U can really tell a difference in the power when the AC is on. When the ac was off I couldn't feel a difference in power.
