Update on the e-fan/controller.

Mudflaps are sending out a new controller, not a problem.

This mornings 30+ mile drive in stop and go traffic didn't even test 1 fan.
This afternoon's return trip in ~80°F ambient temp also want a problem.
A single fan is doing better than the standard fan, and I can definitely notice the additional power this has freed up... it is not breakneck, but I'm happy with it.
Give it a week, and I'll see what it has done for mileage.

 

My fans seldom come on except with ac. Sometimes when it is in the 80, one comes on at 50% for a bit.

Finally back, been super busy with work and trying to get this boat thing figured out!

So far so good, ride smooth, very quiet, look great.

 

I got the complete kit from TCP - http://tcpperformance.com/index.html. Controller is programmable.

I drove through a battle field with the thing last night.

 

That was a while ago I take it... sounds like you have the Spal PWM controller... don't think they make it anymore.
