Installed my lift today. Handtools and 7 hours laters.

Finished result:








7 hours later and it still looks the same ,Doesnt look 2inches higher but it feels 2inches higher especially on turns. Now its time for new gears and bigger tires.

painted the tailgate inside and out, put the fan shroud back on after some modifactatins to it

Looks good, and thats the normal feeling after installing a lift, like wtf it's not any bigger. So when you go to lift it again (and you will) just go straight to 7" of lift, 38" tires and 4.88 gears.

Off to the tire shop to get my summer wheels mounted.

Mine just has a 2" leveling kit and 35" tires...I don't want it any taller...just right as is

Truck got new front shocks, bottom ball joints , and an alignment

Rides so nice now

used it to rip out some 12ish foot tall shrubs. for just having 2wd currently, that thing has some torque!

ripped em out no problem.

I ordered that sweet all aluminum CSF radiator for my '95 just now. I should have some time off work next week, and I hope to go junkin for a red front clip. Then get the thing back on the road! Novembers haven't been kind to this truck for me. Blew the trans the day before thanksgiving 2011, "totaled" it November 2012... Oh well it has given me stuff to do in the springtime
