Gave her a bath today and noticed that my rear window seal is loose, so this is probably were some of my water leaking in is coming from.. Got to get some window sealer now.
Went to the scrap yard the other day looking for a new seat for my 99' and the 2 trucks they had the seats were bad. So I left with nothing..
My buddy went back the next day and I asked him to see if the 2500 had center hub caps and if they did to pick them up..
Good news for me, it had all 4 center hub caps and they were FREE... He bought so much stuff they threw them in. Cleaned them up and painted the center black, came out nice. Now I'm got to clean and paint my nasty wheels up before I put them on.

 

Boss gives all of his employees Amsoil fluids, so im completely synthetic and no longer at the expense of buying fluids. I finally got my Amsoil oil filters in today im excited. So im officially synthetic except for gear oil which im just waiting to swap out. These freakin filters are $18 a piece!

I inspected my spark plugs and ohmed out my ignition coil. still trouble shooting an idle issue.

 

Today I discovered a steady trickle of coolant falling from the harmonic balancer. At least it makes it certain that it's the water pump at fault.

Picked up some Rustoleum Semi Gloss black spray paint yesterday and decided today I would paint my nasty rims.


Finished job.. Not sure if I want to keep the hub cap chrome or paint the whole thing.

Put some wet wheel on the bumper to shine it up.. Looks good
