Gutted out my cat and inhaled all of the cancer causing dust I could. Way over rated, wasn't plugged. and now my bottom end is suffering. Next time I will just replace it with the correct parts and avoid the hassle.

 

Yea and in pa with emissions your going to need a new cat FYI.

 

Replaced a flopping wheel bearing. Found the other one was grinding, so replaced it too. Discovered a front axle u-joint going bad in the process. Pressed it out, but it didn't want to go. Got to replace the stub, hopefully tomorrow.

Got gas packed for vacation I leave at 4am.

 

Had GF call powder coater. PC says parts have been done for sveral days. I make up detailed pics of parts, explain the colors they should be, and send her to pick up parts. Does anyone reading this sense disaster yet?
I am in telemeeting with big bosses and can't leave.
Anyway GF returns home. Meeting ends and I dash out to check my goodies. SH*T! Front sway bar is WRONG color! Ask GF if she checked parts and she says no, they loaded them and she came home. I don't know who to be more PO'd at, PC for not confirming color, GF, for not checking color, or ME, for not going there myself.
Anyway...got the hi lift brackets back and installed them and the hi lift. S minus 12 hours.
