Im not really sure which exact model, I bought it for around $50 from Advance Auto Parts. its a single in/single out, not a dual. yeah my muffler is like that too, its not to loud on regular driving but when you get on it, its way louder

 

My Thrush is quiet, gets loud around 2-3k rpm, real deep, then gets that high pitch roar at high rpm.


Used the Ram to do some running. Picked up a used crank arm for my dad's mtn bike. Local bike shops are great!!

i was walking through walmart and found a cheap stereo system for one of my trucks. not sure which truck i want to put it in yet. if i put it in my my ramcharger my 81 will loose the subwoofer and i will have to find room in the ramcharger for it but if i put the stereo in my 81 my ramcharger will be stuck with the crappy speakers. almost tempted to go spend another $67 and buy another one.

testing stuff out. get to really test things out tomorrow. was kind of surprised the amp worked.

 

I want to put a radio on my 76. How do you have your speakers mounted in your 81?

 

My speakers are awesome in the Dodge, I'm certain they are not factory, as we have the infinity speaker system in our 00 GC, and it don't come anywhere near the quality of the Rams system. Factory radio, FM sounds awesome, tape hardly plays though, but I use a BT to FM wireless gadget and it works great..

 

someone already punched holes in the doors years ago plus the stereo kit comes with a template. there was also a dead speaker in the dash that was disconnected so i replaced it and hooked it up. now that speaker box with the subwoofer in the one picture was hooked up as a speaker behind the seat.

 

I wouldn't mind updating my system if it was broken or not Infinity. lol It thumps but the quality isn't there anymore.

I wish my 76 had holes in the doors.

 

the stereo in my 81 thumps pretty good but i want a better stereo. stereo in my 93 has no thump.

does your 76 even have a working stereo? if you want holes in the door cut them. if not just put speakers behind the seat.

 

No radio, nothing. lol
Maybe if I get that job I can get a discount on that stuff. It had two speakers in the rear, as I found holes drilled for them.
