drove it to go see the NHRA Northwest Nationals yesterday.

so much f'ing money at that track this weekend...all the alcohol funny cars and dragsters, and the top fuel dragsters, etc...got like 50 8000hp engines sitting around there and all those 3-4 seconds cars

and today I could hear the big boys running from my house and the track is 15-20 miles away! Damn they are loud!!!

Found a piece of 5/8" heater hose in the shed that had a bend in it... cut 6" length and pushed it over the A/C condensate outlet (orienting it downwards).
We'll see if this stops the trickle down the inside of the firewall, that's been soaking the passenger side carpet..

Trouble is, my wife's away for the week, so I'll be driving her new Dart

I thought you weren't going to pull the trans?

Might be driving it to my grandparents place tomorrow. The Ram needs to see some dirt...

Added more to the welding cart. Makes moving and carrying the tools around so much easier. Added the tube on the front for the handle. On the back added the power cable extension holder. No more laying on the floor taking up precious real estate.

Still gotta add some things like a beer holder and such. If you have any ideas, then feel free to shoot them. This is making work so much nicer!

The cart made it easier to weld up the slider on the FJ40, which is itchin' to go wheelin' with me. Only had time to do the passenger side though. Picture is with both tires off the ground. This kit came with runners that were 1.5"x.12" wall DOM. We chucked that for square 2x2x.188" Only deflects 1/8" now instead of 3/4"!!

Casualty. I only wear a jacket when I'm down on the ground, especially when outside temps are mid 90s. Not as bad as it may look.

Re-working the primer I had put down several weeks ago that got fouled by rain.

Time to start swinging alcohol around and masking tape.
