Well it wasn't today but since I was banned I'llcatch yall up on my exciting week.

Tuesday morning on my way to work a guy ran a red light in a mini van and I tboned him doing about 45 mph. I flipped him onto his roof. Truck handled it like a boss though and I drove it away. I am purchasing a 98 2500 4x4 reg cab long bed with a bad motor and using the body parts I need off of it and then swapping my cab, bed, & motor onto the 98 4x4. Here are sone pics.

Holy smokes.

Pretty minor damage from the looks of it... considering how you got it, gives me a new appreciation for driving a full-size truck.

Glad you are OK.

Forgot to mention that I failed to get a pic of the side of the van I actually hit. There was so much chaos with rush hour traffic I forgot. The side of the van that I didnt hit was in nice shape until the tow truck driver got ahold of it. Now there isnt a straight panel left on it lol.

If you remember this is my second severe wreck in a dodge ram. The last one totalled my truck but it took the hit well and protected me well just as this one did. I was not wearing a seat belt either.

lol nobody can see the difference in your headlights when you show the before pic in the sun and the after pic in the shade!

well I didn't really DO anything to the ram today, but my new A/C line and HVAC box seal arrived yesterday!

so the rain is supposed to stop tomorrow afternoon, so maybe tomorrow or sunday I will get the thing put back together and have heat + a/c without the coolant leak, without the slight musty smell when it first starts blowing, and with much better flow through the vents

Went for a quick drive to town today, got back friggen trany oil all under the truck. So todays job is pull it all apart again and see wtf is up. Some pissed.........................

Edit: I have always told people here that you need a seal adapter when doing this job, when I bought this ring I was told nope, seems I was right it needs a seal adapter/extension. North West Fab is going to make me one up, so in the mean time out comes the clocking ring.
