Guess what, I didn't remember anything aside from how to install HIDs!!

It took me about 2 weeks of a looooot of research before finally deciding to go with this pair. They don't flicker and they load up evenly! The light output is just out of this world...remarkable!!!

Look for yourself!

The picture that shows a well-lit street is a street where my halogens NEVER shined on the road; millions of times I have double checked to see that my lights were on...it was SAD. But nooooow.... >

Nice upgrade man!

Make sure your headlights are aimed properly. Don't be on of those people who blind everyone going down the road

Oh I did! I used a 36 inch level which I placed right above the upper bumper trim cap to make sure the truck itself was sitting in balance.

I did have to lower the beam as well as narrow the spread from side to side so I don't shine into cars beside me. So far so good, no one has flicked on their high beams! Success! Haha!

Yesterday...

Used the Ram to haul a few bales around the farm, then hauled out 2 loads of manure in 4" deep snow in 2WD Lots of fun....

This week I order parts to fix my 4WD and finish up my fuel delivery system. YAY!

Default Pinion angle & Rear Diff guard

On Saturday, I had to cut off the spring perch pads on my rear axle and fixed my pinion angle. It was wrong ever since the axle swap. I had some vibration come from my drive shaft. That went pretty well. It took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The truck got quieter and the drive shaft is very smooth now

When I did the axle swap, I installed a diff guard on the front that I bought online

They only made it for a Dana 44 & Dana 60. They did not make one for a Dana 80. So I also made, with the help of my welder friend. I diff guard for the rear Dana 80. I found a Dana 80 diff cover at a junk yard for $20.00 for a pattern.

This project has been in the works for several months. I bought a 16ton pipe bender from harbor freight and that is what I used to bend the solid 7/8" bar. Now I just need to clean it up with a flapper wheel and get a coat of paint on it and then bolt it on.

Filled her up the other day. 83 bucks later I learned that I get 5.5mpg while plowing!

Default POR-15 Update

So far the POR-15 is not holding up to my expectations at all! I have been washing the underside of the truck a lot like every winter. I will be sending these pix to POR-15 and asking them if I missed a step or what I can/could do better. Just about all the new rear suspension parts installed this summer have a good layer of new rust, leaf springs look 10 years old not 5 or 6 months old. To a certain point this doesn't surprise me everything I have tried under the truck to help fails.

Edit: The cat sticker is doing great on the other hand. What did I do to it washed it.

After 2 months of winter. Painted Late August 2013

Wow looks like you never even painted it. Maybe I won't use this on my frame.

Be sure to update us with what they say. If they say anything.

I expected a few spots to come through just from rock chips, but when I saw this today I was like F***. I have to get a winter beater for next year, too much work going to waste.
