Hauled about 3,000 to 4,000 of sod rolls yesterday in the little 1500. My uncles so called "trusty" F350 wouldn't start go figure. And then the guy at home Depot with the fork lift just dropped it in there. It was a cringing moment watching the whole truck just sagg all of a sudden after he fully dropped it in there. And of course my uncle said "oh its not in there all the way" even though it was near the edge.So the fork lift operator did it again Yah but after like 3 attempts of re positioning the pallet in the truck and probably taking the lifespan off my shocks and leaf springs. The little 1500 hauled it, Im kinda amazed at the power of the 360 though.

Gave the old 98 a free car wash (rain 70 mph), on a Rat Rod eval. Some of these old 40's Dodges are off the beaten path. There was a sapling growing through the 1.5 ton floor board. I picked up some chrome lug nuts for the trucks. While I was in that town, I stopped by Barnes & Noble for the WSJ. K.
finally got to test out the grabber at2's in the mud... not very impressed for an a/t tire... my duratracs were better, even as bald as they were.
those ruts are close to 12" deep. yard was a bit softer than expected.
gonna have to rototill and buy more loam than originally planned. not looking forward to my mom coming home from work..........
