took the truck to the local muffler shop and had both sets of exhaust manifold bolts replaced.the ball and socket area.boy does it sound better then hearing the rattle of loose exhaust parts
Hooked the little trailer up, put our friend's eXmark mower and our little Craftsman mower and headed out to the new house to mow grass. You should have seen the grass that was as tall as my dad be mowed down by the eXmark and the little Craftsman!!! Those mowers are beasts!!! But the Craftsman didnt get used as much because the motor is still getting broken in.
nothin, chnaged the 3815 from tow, to mileage, cause im bout to head down south
It's amazing how much of a difference that makes. I had mine on tow for a couple weeks just because I was too lazy to change it back and I couldn't break 12.5mpg no matter how I drove. I just switched it back to 91 tune and now I'm getting a solid 14. How much of a difference does mileage tune make performance and mpg wise?
Didn't do much with the ram today. Hooked her up to our 14' trailer and hauled 3 loads of scrap lumber and pine branches to the burn pile out back (That is going to be a massive fire!)
Dicked around with them stupid quick connect fuel and ac lines. I have never been able to get them apart. I finally figured them out tonight. Took off the ac cooler, the line along the fender that hooks too it cause its bent, and the canister back on the firewall so I can paint it. Yesterday I went to the Eastwood retail store and got header paint
Yesterday, I started on my 1 ton steering install.
Stripped every thing off the truck, except for the pitman arm.
That'll come off today. OR ELSE!
Put a new track bar mount on.
Loaded pics this morning.

thats where i would break out the dr mower. that thing will cut anything smaller than 2 1/2" in diameter and won't slow down. its funny when you go up to a tree with it because the front end will hit it, then walk up it, then when the blade makes contact you just hear "chunk chunk chunk" then the mower will be sitting on the ground again wanting more.
