Reset the PCM (if you didn't), and give it time to learn the new setup.
If you're Cat is clogging up, headers won't help much, until the downstream issues are fixed.

Got oil, filter, and a block heater at oreileys than went to the dealership and ordered some new hose clamps to replace the crappy worm drive ones when I put the block heater in and ordered sway bar bolts. Lastly I got my new tires mounted. No pics of the tires yet since it was dark when I picked it up.

Picked up my hose clamps at the dealership, and for kicks checked if I could get a fuel line for my truck since mine is patched. To my surprise I can, and for only $70 something dollars before my discount! For some reason I thought it was discontinued or stupid expensive. So I ordered that. Also picked up a puller at harbor freight for my power steering pump replacement.

Driving in -39C weather, the transmission fluid feels like molasses, the engine cranks over slowly and idles around 8-900 at first, even when plugged in over night and takes forever to warm up! Gotta love the North

Now that's cold! Only been -20F (-28C) here so far. Haven't tried to start the '95 V-10 this winter.

My '09 1500 starts fine, but it's in the garage at night, which stays around 20* warmer than the outside temp.

My Jeep has been starting, installed a new 880 CCA battery last fall.

Fire it up every couple of days and let it run for a bit. Trans doesn't like the cold at all! (32rh in the '00 Jeep TJ)
