Way back when, when I bought my 96, the headlights were REALLY bad. I bought stock replacements from A-1Auto, and they worked great. They still looked brand new when I sold the truck 7 years later. In fact, I like them so much, that when I bought my 98, I bought a set for it as well, along with the heavy duty headlight harness from LMC truck. Installed some Sylvania Silver Stars, and have been very happy with them. Get 'em aimed properly, and they put out some good light.

Wow. That's steep. How much are they charging for the trans itself? I see 'em online line for under 1500 bucks...... (and as high as 3K or so.... depending on what ya want. )

I did the headlight replacements as well, great to see again on both 97. My trans was about $18-1900 , but you must do radiator & cooler as well or disaster happens again. $ 36600 WOW
