I don't know if this is in reference to me talking about my T-case not working, if not sorry.
When I first got the truck I had my mechanic replace my multi switch (which was burned out) and wire in a relay @ that time. I told him it wouldn't go into four wheel drive, I knew this when I got the truck, anyway while he had it in his shop he put it up on the lift and said when he put it into four it made a hell of a racket, so I'm pretty sure something is broken in the case, he said everything else looked like it should, we just didn't have the time or cash for him to do anything at that time other than fix my multi switch.
Previous owner told me he had it in four lo stuck in a mud hole and hooked to a 10000# trailer when he heard something "pop" so he took it out of four and never tried it again.
I got a great deal on the truck and love it so far (obviously except for the gas mileage) but with winter upon us, I really want to get the four wheel drive working again.
I told my mechanic at the time I could a buy new T-case for $950 with warrantee but he told me to wait for him to open it up as it could just need an $80 part.

Bought a diamond plate tool box since I was sick of messing with my tonneau cover. I also installed the diamond plate bed rails that came with my truck. What do ya think, too much diamond plate?
no such thing as too much diamond plate
i have diamond plate rails and love em, mostly for work and because they look good too
im going to put a piece of diamond plate on the top of the bumper im building for the rear, mostly for traction
