Is it more of a Tad that you can't loosen it a couple turns and make it work?

With the new tb mine was short. I just backed it out a few turns and it worked fine

put a new set of bosch platinum +4 plugs in.
i took my first set out after 40k miles because a few people said that they run too hot for magnum engines, even though mine didn't ping with them in.
i replaced them with champion truck plugs and didn't like them. then i replaced those with champion double platinums and didn't like them either. then i replaced those with ngk v-powers and indexed them and didn't like those either, so it was back to the +4's for me.
so now i have 3 sets of plugs with only a couple thousand miles on each and one brand new set that are still in the package (i bought the 3923's and never installed them).

dumb mistake, started out way too long, but rather then mark it and THEN cut it (it was cold out) just whacked a little off both ends. So now I have to loosen it a turn or two out of the tB and it works. so yeah, it does work, just a bit of a **** poor job.

Got it inspected

it passed inspection and emissions just fine. The guy was like "how's it run? cause it sounds good" I told him runs great he said "that's not the stock engine in there anymore I take it" I laughed and said "not quite". He's a good guy. The garage is basically across the street. My dad has been getting inspection done there for years. I have always used him for inspection. If I have any issues I can walk over ask him and he'll tell me what to check or say bring it over I'll look real fast and says it's this or that and won't charge me for his time. Then I go fix it myself.

Sorry Kaldir rubbing it in your face again. I feel bad

LOL No problem dude! Its only going to cost me 11 to get it redone. And I am hoping I can take it some where to see if my OBD is "ready".
