Finished up my "redneck" exhaust. I had put a new muffler on, and had just unhooked everything behind the muffler, so it was loud in the cab. Got bored this morning, and grabbed some old exhaust pipe from the junk pile, and stuck it up, ended up being about a foot short from the muffler to the exhaust. Scratched my head, and went and got some metal roofing flashing. Cut enough to double roll it, and a couple of large hose clamps later, diy exhaust pipe.

Its not permanent, but I at least like the way it sounds, so when i get some time, I'll get some actual exhaust pipe to finish it up.

 

Two years worth of stickers for the registration. After a somewhat friendly experience at the local DMV ended up about 70 bucks lighter.

 

Swaped out my OEM mirrors with after market tow ones.

Measured the cut off points and height for the headlights last night
Slammed the positive battery cab further down on the battery

Gonna clean up my old air dam today, that way my sister can have it for her Ram.

 

Mine needs renewed and inspected before the end of the month. I had to have my dog put to sleep wed night due to liver cancer. Now I'm tight on funds till after the first. This should get interesting

 

Decided what headlights assembly im going to buy =)

put my new radio and cb in the truck today. Installed the cb where the ashtray used to go. Picture in my garage

at 5pm rush hour...
in one of the center lanes...

haha. then my fiance changed my connector out.

Funny thing is, my family is full of Rams now, my dad has an 02 1500, my sister has a 97 and 99 1500's and I have a 98.

I sprayed some leather conditioner on to my seats yesterday (when it was 40* out), now it smells really nice in there. lol

Also armoralled the dash and plastics, nearly putting a nice size hole in the dash. Damn Dodge
