What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
Well saturday I decided that since i was gonna be the only person in the shop all day (navy and had duty= me the only person who is gonna be in the shop) I was gonna do some work on the cummins. So I pulled it in. I started by adjusting the valves. What a pain. Then put the rest of the clearance lights on the front bumper. Now i have a total of 8 lights on the bumper. But it is a dually so its ok. Then did an oil change. That was about it. Oh but was doing stuff to quick and wired the lights in backwards. lol. Next sunday (yea i know the day after christmas i have duty again) and plan on doing the rear diff and washing him. Oh and if my electric fuel pump comes in from summit racing ill put that in to. That would be nice since i have about $40 of fuel in the aux tank i cant use untill i get the dang pump.

Pictures since he doesn't know how and I was at work. Haha. Jk. But pictures none the less.

Yea it is. IM in the prosses of having a good friend building a rear bumper that will protect the rear fenders. And also a headache rack. Rack will have break turn tail lights and reverse lights and bumper will have brake turn tail lights. I dont worry when people brake check me for sure lol. Oh and what do yall think of the clearance lights? I get compliments on the cb all the time on them.

i didnt do to much, but drive it 700 miles or so this past weekend, though i did get a 3d maglite, 2aa minimag, and clips for the 3d for $20 at a local huntin store thats goin out of business for family reasons, so i mounted my 3d right on the t-case shifter.
i had to drive to tampa on sunday so i met up with ramstrat to get some club cards, snaped a few quick pics while i was there...

Since you're all about light you should look up a thread titled engine compartment, "old school pendulum light" made by a guy named spun360 on this forums rival. It is LED bar lights mounted in the engine bay and when he flips them on it looks like shop lighting under his hood.
Finished up the machine work to my Poorman's TB. And finished up the runner cutting/cleanup for the kegger mod. Kegger is in parts steam cleaner now to get all the junk off of it. Fresh rattlecan spray should have it looking like new. My shop is closed from Christmas to New years, so gonna do the swap over then. Along with water pump,T-Chain,tune up,and Derale Trans pan swap and install a trans temp gauge.
Went from this:

To this:

And checked level, discovered where some of it is coming from....transmission!
T-case fluid is brown, tranny fluid is red...so....
And BTW, YES, I know its the same fluid...lol
Can I have a new muffler?

Wasn't today, but finished the plenum fix yesterday, had to get a couple parts since the parts stores were closed on Sunday. Took right around 5 hours total.
After starting it up and checking everything over, I went ahead and opened up the tranny to replace the overdrive & tcc solenoids. Swapped them (without dropping the valve body) and changed the filter, and refilled. So far everything is working great.
That leaves on my list of to-do's:
Fix the rust spots before they get any worse (I'll go ahead and wait till spring and salt is gone)
SCT tuner
Tires
Change differential & transfer case fluids
