Four brand new valve stem caps, baby! Some **** sphincter stole the ones that used to be there. WTF?

I can't wait to finish up my big project and get moved out of here. In the 11 months I've owned the truck and have been parking it here: Someone hit the rear end, bending the bumper, and split without leaving a note; someone stacked their crap (probably bed frames and the like) against the tailgate and passenger side of the bed and scratched hell out of the paint; and now this stinking little annoyance.

Edited to add: I almost forgot... someone tried to steal my tailgate, too, but the tailgate padlock (on the open hinge) foiled the attempt.

"Luxury resort living" myass.

Bought some trailering stuff for the truck yesterday.
Washed the pollen off it.

My new tow hook looks awesome.

The old girl's gonna get put to work this summer haulin' logs around my grandpa's pasture. Should test the 4WD pretty good. Looking forward to it.

heh…. ok I got one. I pulled out a 26' U-haul van out from the drift the lady driving it stuck it into.

We had just gotten three inches of wet snow. Before the snow we had rain. Not a lot but enough to give us a 1/4 inch of ice on the tar. The truck did fine and pulled it out with ease. Good deed for the day AND got to have fun doing it.

replaced serpentine belt tensioner. what a rotten job just to quell a squeak. had to pull coil, coil mount, put tensioner mount in vise with looooong handle socket to get nut off tensioner stud. probably easier to replace entire engine.

BUT--don't squeak no more.
