debating whether its worth bringing it back to the dealership and getting a ford hahaha no way tho i will have to take it back to garage...replace 2 idle pulleys and still have the same prob with her...really hating the cricket symphony coming from under her hood

@hemi mama, what is the time frame of when you've had to replace the pulleys?
I think if you've had to replace them in a short time, you have something else going on.
Topped off coolant, oil, and transmission fluids yesterday. Checked t-case fluid and the tires.
Going to be towing some logs Tuesday, don't want any problems.

hiya Dude94..had replacements done last week...all started with a squeak coming from 1 of pulleys, let my dad try to be helpful and he practically doused the whole engine in white grease. picked her up on friday and by frinite crickets moved in. sound only comes wen im accelerating and engine is running above 1200rpm. 
not to happy about whole situation and starting to think i got a really pretty lemon sitting in my driveway

Drove it for the first time in 8 days today (well ive driven it about 100 yards the past 8 days..)
Ive been taking my tow truck home every night...ive been on call for the past 10 nights straight....so if i get a cll at 2am, i have to wake up, do the call, even if it takes until 6 am, and i still have to be to work at 8am.....so i faked sick today so i could have the night off LOL....
Feels weird, my tow truck is a 38' flat bed, and sits really high....driving my RAM feels like im in a honda or something lol

Finally installed new rear shocks I've had for a while. The problem was no room in the garage, which has since been rectified.
Earlier this week I installed a freshly powdercoated thermostat housing, new thermostat, and a new IAT per Drewactual's recommendation. She's running great, now.

BACK TO THE GARAGE AGAIN...well i found out wat the cricket symphony was all about...power steering pulley was outta place by a few centimeters, so i bought 2 new pulleys that were not needed .... she purring beautifully again now here we are in rainy season and my wipers have gone out. so frustrated with this 05 grrr
