Sel came on.... Ran like crap, vibrated to beat the band..... went and had the codes read... Random missfire on all cylinders, individual missfire codes for every cylinder..... and a 3/4 upshift code? Ok. One of these things doesn't belong here.....

Replaced the coil. Ran Great for two days. SEL came back on..... still misfiring on several cylinders. Got some bosch super (somethingorother) plugs. Swapped 'em out. I couldn't believe how ash fouled my old plugs were. Truck is running FANTASTIC, even with a blown plenum.... (penum? something.)

^It really is amazing how a little oil screws everything up.

Looked on Craigslist for a trailer to match the truck....Hopefully this time tommorow the Cub will be riding in style on a nice 16 footer.

Tested my third brake light seal with the garden hose, just in case the two FL thunderstorms didn't prove it was no longer leaking. I am going to give it it one more test drive on the RTV seal around the AC drain. Glad I left the carpet out as it turns out I did have the combo water source for the wet carpet. I also learned driving around with the carpet out that my BFG ATs aren't as quiet as i thought.

Anyone who has done a carpet delete and bedlinered the floor I am curious if the bedliner keeps any road noise down?

You couldnt pay me to put Line-X on the floor of my truck which is a daily driver. A trail truck, yes. Daily driver, no.

You know, thats a really good idea. Downside to me getting where its now my working truck is I now have to finish my other projects.

Replace one wall on the side of the house and finish building my deck. Hence the real reason for wanting a truck, but if you think Im done working on it, your mistaken, because I still have suspension and bearings to do

-got my tires plugged up 2 days ago...no leaks anymore i can see

-ran the truck out of gas, so i can drop tank and fix sending unit...

-looking on summit for a timing chain set, and harmonic balancer

-getting a steering damper tomorrow

-tomorrow im going to tighten all my shock mount bolts to eliminate the clunk when hitting bumps
