Installed new door channel rubber.

I also discovered the minor stress fractures in the rear cab floor have grown to where I may need to just perform a cab swap. These combined with the rust equal lots of work that i would rather put into installation of a different cab. I may just find a good truck with a bad motor and swap all of my mods onto it...

Changed out my stock broken grille with a Black one with a red dodge emblem. Working on the inserts next for it. Not sure if I am going to make my own or order them off of Ebay, or just get the stock ones again and spray them black... Decisions... Decisions...

I have a laundry list for this truck. Just the tip of the iceberg...

Received two glowshift gauges (tranny temp and vac - I already had the AF gauge) and installed in pod. Started wiring it up and running vacuum hose, which is too short.

Bled brakes and put wheels back on. Plan to finish wiring gauges then roll out a wet sand tomorrow and hopefully prime this weekend.

gdstock -- I request your DIY or install method madness for the pod. Do you have the infinity speaker in the A-pillar?

I can't say for sure, but if it has a schrader attachement then yes it should work just fine. Even a tire pressure gauge will work. Just have a rag to catch the fuel and wear safety glasses.
