Well I live in Fitzgerald, but my job has me traveling to different stores. I go to Douglas, Waycross, Moulrie, Tifton, Cordele, and Fitzgerald. It's a good little trip.

Well this is three days worth of posts in one but they kinda go together and I 've been properly chastised about posting too many threads.
Went and picked up a tranny, transfer case and shifter assembly for my truck on Sat. Now I've gotta order my rebuild parts. Woo hoo! On the way back from picking the tranny up my exhaust pipe broke at the back of the cat. So I took that oppurtunity to go ahead and gut my cat and then today did a repair job on the pipe. Also got several more parts ordered and on the way today(Sonnax Sure Cure Kit, Plenum plate and other assorted goodies) Now it's time to do some work! Damn, now would be a great time to have a garage!!

I ordered a NV3500 transmission on ebay from Indiana... having it shipped to Alabama... whoop!

Should be here on Wednesday/Thursday - to be installed on Friday! Let's see if my truck actually moves!

...Maybe I should test the brakes first?

Cleaned the arm grease off my door panel, I got to remember to clean my arm when i go for test drives after working on the truck.

Also painted my billet emblem black instead of the faded red it was.....and disconnected subs, need a bigger amp and don't want the subs to get messed up from under powering

inspected my rear diff & rear wheel bearings, rotated my tires, picked up a jerry can, and replaced my front passenger axleshaft due to a split yoke

Replaced the wheel studs on the rear passenger side. One good thing about c-clip axles is that if you get a free spinning or seized up lug nut and can't get the tire off, you can still pull the axle and grind the lug off from behind.....as long as your brakes don't seize to the drum lmao

Well after a weekend on the trails the shocks ride pretty good. Little stiffer than the ones that were on there but they were shot, lol.

towed home my girlfriends new 98 grand cherokee with the ram yesterday. borrowed a family members car hauler. truck did amazing, overdrive off the whole way there and back(not that i have overdrive anyway). total weight was around 6k pounds i believe, and the ole girl barely squated! wish i had gotten some pics, but it was dark, and had to return the trailer last night when i was done..... i guess good things can happen when you take care of your vehicles, 180k on her and she runs like new! jeep has 244k on it, and runs like new as well!

Well I'm headed to get some exhaust work done this morning. Getting new pipes and muffler from the cat back...got a killer price ($145 installed). Also have several deliveries of pieces and parts over the next several days...dang it's like Christmas! Lol
