We'll see how long this lasts for him.

Ram is pretty nice though:
I've never been a fan of that generation with those big a$$ headlights.

Looks like fun!
Some areas you would do ok. I was in 2wd for the first 15 minutes...then no dice. Almost got stuck in a wash, but 4lo and rocking got me loose. Ground has been quite saturated from about a week's worth of precip so it was really grabbin'!!

Replaced the transmission governor solenoid, other then some trans fluid in my hair all went well.

It wouldn't shift from second to third at low throttle until about 40mph or until I feathered the gas pedal, now between 20 and 30. Also sometimes it would kind of "hunt" between second and third.

I only put about 20 miles on it but all that seems to be corrected.

Next week transmission extension housing seal and rear universals.

Installed a Thrush Welded muffler on my 3/4 ton today. Its only slightly more quite at idle than no muffler. But I am sure it is alot quiter on the interstate.

You owe us a video!

I like my Turbo, according to Thrush it is supposed to be louder than the welded, but I don't hear it.

Oh, no tailpipe will make it loud. That's exactly why I went ahead and took mind back out the stock pipe. Sounds pretty nice for a cheap muffler. Not hollow like the Chokemasters.

I had someone offer me $2500 for mine last night. I'm holding out for $2550.

Put the tool box back on the truck so I have something to carry around my work supplies/tools without crowding the cab.
