It could be a scam but I doubt it, ad seems legit. I might be able to help you out... Depends when you wanna do it. Guy is about 15 minutes from my house.

That add is far too detailed, with far too small of a market to be a scam. Dlyter, buy the **** out of that.
Tonight I dusted a Camaro on an on ramp (2 lanes into 1) and then again on the freeway from about 65-90 in my '93
