I dont know how your laws are , but i thought if an employer required you to wear a uniform or certain clothing, they had to provide it??

they just said you need red shirts, black pants, and black shoes with no logos....does that really entitle it as a "Uniform"?

yep, if you comform to their dresscode then it's a uniform. Company's are supposed to provide at least 2 uniform shirts and two pair of pants if they are manditory. But at this place an time i really doubt it'd be a an issue considering how bad people need job's i dont think it will be a good idea to test the waters and remind them it's their responsibility to provide them.

Just my two .2

well i ordered the shirts online (so it has the AZ logo) and they were only 10 bucks a piece....and the pants and shoes i found at wal-mart, so its going to be like 100 bucks to have 3 uniforms lol (thats including the 35 for shoes)

here's an OT question for yas... Anyone here know what type of fluid a Polaris Magnum transmission takes? It's a separate gearbox, not built into the engine case. It started making a whining noise last fall, so I parked it for the winter and just decided yesterday to have a look at it. Pulled the drainplug and it was damned near empty lol... I made a thread about it on an atv forum I joined like 3 yrs ago, got lots of views, but apparently it seems that the polaris boys at that forum don't know much about polaris's.... It kinda smells like plain old gear oil, I might just throw some in there and hope for the best...
