The brakes in my Ram don't do that.

Trucks getting weird during startup, taking longer, all putt-putt for a few minutes after it starts. Fairly new thing...

Might post up a video later on, or next time I go to crank it...

My brakes definitely aren't sensitive one bit. I have to push down pretty far to stop. I even replaced the brakes and rotors.

^Adjust them by traveling in reverse at decent speed, then slam the brakes to the floor.
