Yup. I watched a video on screen replacement, it's not too bad. 4 screws for the bezel, 3 screws on each side of the screen frame, and the connector.

replacing a laptop screen is easy.

i might be picking up a used cell phone tomorrow for $20. should hopefully be a bit better than the one i currently have and at $20 you can't go too wrong. it is a Samsung Galaxy W 4G

you must be strange. who don't have a cell phone these days? you can get them cheap used and you can get a cheap phone plan. if i wanted i could spend $100 and have my phone be good for a year whether i use it or not. i currently only pay $25 a month but got a pretty good plan.
