The Official 2nd Gen RAM Forum OT thread
Got the valve covers, fuel rails, and upper intake mani off the caravan today. Boy that upper manifold was a pita to get out. I had to take a motor mount off to give me a little more room under the firewall.
Truck is done! Mechanic called tonight and said it was done and sounded great!
The gasket sealed without any use of sealant, he just was having minor issues with the bolts. It's all good now.
I would have the thing back by now but I fell asleep and didn't return his call until an hour later so that's why I'm getting it back tomorrow.
Haven't had this thing for alittle over a week so I'm excited to drive it.

I'll take a walk around if I get time this weekend after work. I'm goin to Ocean City all next week so if I don't get it up this weekend, it'll have to be after vacation.
Not too much to see though, the tone probably changed from the headers, cat, and rockers though.

Anyone else read the article on DF Main Page for the tow rating of the new EcoDiesel V6?
What a joke. Almost 1300lbs less than the Hemi V8.
Bout all that Diesel is gonna be good for is gas mileage, IF it's any good at that....
