I've run several different AMD Processors in my days but have never really been impressed with any of their stuff.

I run an AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black. At the time I got it, it was only slightly less performance than the comparable Intel chip, for a third the price. I am perfectly happy with the performance.

Intel does indeed have better performance, but, AMD still beats Intel when it comes to bang for the buck.

We can definitely agree that AMD is cheaper than Intel

I haven't tried any of the new AMD stuff, been probably almost 10 years since I ran an AMD, so things may have changed for the better
