not sure how long i'll be around....but by my fall semester i'd like to be driving a 7.3 powerstroke (won't be able to afford a common rail and don't want a 24 valve)

y'all want something really raaannnddddoooommmmm???

no?

well, here it is anyway....the day before the last day of class this semester, me and some friends ended up in the parking lot in the bed of a first gen cummins.....building potato cannons....lemme tell you...the mix of hairspray and PVC cement fumes makes an 'interesting' smell....

anyway after launching spuds across the parking lot for an hour or so...one of the guys i was hanging with decided to shorten the barrel on his cannon...he set it off...it was louder....ALOT louder...turned out the screw on back cap blew off and smacked his leg...a few inches from the nads.

later that night, we were up in the top floor of the apartments and started chucking works bombs out the window...campus security came up....twice....asking about a potato gun (probably from the spudz in the parking lot)

he left, we laughed and broke out the PBR....that was fun night

Original scent Right Guard deodorant is better than hairspray for a spud gun. It smells good and doesn't leave it sticky.

One of my potato guns has a 3 foot barrel and a flash suppressor and I modified the other one from a gas to a pneumatic cannon. So if I'm close to the house when I'm shooting it, I just break out the air compressor. It's nice to just turn a valve instead of having to hurry to cap it and smack the button.

Here's a little tip for anyone that hasn't ever shot a potato gun but will in the future: Don't have the chamber in front of your junk when you fire it. If you ignore my words of wisdom then I guarantee you will only do it once.

headin back to my buddies in a little bit to finally rip the tranny out of his 94 Nissan 4x4. I was ready to drop it last night but i had no help....so today we are dropping it, and taking out the clutch. Hes going to resurface the flywheel tomorrow, and tomorrow night hopefully she'll be running.

His throwout bearing blew out of the clutch lol. so we just got a new clutch kit. it was only 106, and has a lifetime warentee.

As you can see, it leaks lots of oil out of the front seal. I need to fix that this weekend.

i don't think they had Right Guard at Farm King....but i didn't have to buy it (and the guys who did are cheaper bastards than me....)
