Same with my chevy. Occasional hickup, but mainly runs great. No interior issues, no leaks, burns a little oil but thats to be expected with almost 200k. I call it my GTO.

Some people describe it as Lord of the Rings crossed with XXX ****.

I've been getting bored with it until the last episode of Season 3. WHOA!

Considering your S10 is so spartan compared to your Ram...I'm sure that has something to do with it. Gotta admit, the interior is much nicer on the Ram.

My grandparents say the same thing about their Chevys.

My grandpa backed into a mailbox with their 03, put a huge dent in the bumper. I backed into a freaking CONCRETE light post at O'reillys with my Ram, didn't dent the bumper at all.

And I dunno what you guys are complaining about little issues for. I don't have any problems like that.

They're just all powertrain.

Yea I couldn't believe the ending of season 3 either... Definitely the most malicious thing I've ever seen! I can't wait for season 4, they only did half of a Storm of Swords with season 3.

my S10 is a tough old SOB. and a 3rd gen 3500 dually 4x4 ram with a ranchhand bumper smashed into the back of my S10 and pushed it over the curb and into a ditch (he got mad cause his common rail cummins got passed by a 4-banger S10 not my fault his psycho *** was driving 10 under the speed limit) S10 only took a couple tiny dents in the tailgate, and bent the rear bumper a little. didn't budge the frame, didn't effect the body at all other than the tailgate, and even the tailgate took it like a champ! it still opens and closes perfectly and smooth as ever! think his bumper and body probably took more damage...

older vehicles like my S10 are friggen tanks compared to newer bodies like 3rd gen rams...

as for the ram: all it's issues are all retarded things like blower motor, blower motor resister, heater core, factory amp, a/c compressor, alternator, hub assemblies, steering assembly, track bar, brakes, rear door latches, etc... only motor issues to date: 1 blown head gasket, 1 map sensor, 2 thermostats. (headgasket took a turbo with it, and second turbo failed because it was defective to begin with and only lasted a month)

all issues have been with the dodge part of the truck really...motor has been a champ.

I've only had brake issues, uhh.....what else.....OH YEAH. I think there is a split boot on a tie rod and the drivers rear half door latch is FUBAR.

Yeah, I'm thinking....no. You have to go back further to find a pickup that was a "friggen tank".
