Thanks. I suppose the one good thing in this nastiness is that I am now under contract on my house and I was a week away from putting an offer on another. I guess I'll move forward on selling mine but, luckily I am not under contract for a more expensive place. But this has ruined my plans for the next stage in life that I was getting ready to jump into.
