looks to me like he's doing a nose wheelie on a stock fork..

the stanchion design on those things are pretty indestructible, but NOT at a severe angle like that.. I'm thinkin' he grabbed a handful of brake at a decent clip to get the rear up- and put a heckuva lotta torque on the junction of the upper and lower tubes in a manner inconsistent to its function.. I've seen it happen on both mountain bikes and dirt bikes catching air and landing on transitions, but never a street bike until now..

edited to add: both legs on those forks have fluid in both the upper and lower cartridges.. One is for negative travel, one positive, one rebound and one compression adjustment.. that's pretty much how I knew it was stock- the oil.. the better rigs are air charged- same principle, just air charged instead of oil..
