Diesel went up to $1.38L or over $5.50 a gallon today poor boys lol, and gas went down to $1.29L. Getting to be less and less diesels around here.

 

Gas is up to $3.19 over here. Wish I had gotten it last week at $2.92.

 

My horns are on the inside of my front bumper. Gas is $3.19 and diesel is $3.67 by me.

 

At those prices I see why people say run 4.88 gears.

 

Same place on all the 2nd gen Rams nothing special there.

 

4.88's don't do much on the highway unless you've got the tires for it. lol

I get pretty decent MPG. I find it hilarious when I'm with my dad's friends and they joke abut how I'll have to be a doctor to afford gas, and I'm like I get the same if not better MPG than your truck.

 

People don't understand that gear ratio is directly related to tire size. You could have 4.88s bit if you put a big enough tire on it could be taller than the stock ratio

 

I get 13....with 33s and 3.55s......HUMPH!

Must be doing something wrong.

 

I just went to Cleveland Tennessee last week in the HHR and got 31.9 mpg, of course the HHR is not really a truck and definitely not a diesel.

I got gas at Walmart in Clinton Iowa Tuesday and with the three cent discount for using their card it was only $3.00
