Back taxes are back taxes....no one can afford those. lol

 

As if back taxes just materialize out of nowhere.

To ignore them or dismiss them is basically saying....all you other people can just pay them for me. Eff that!! Pay your own ****!

If granddad died, then the next responsible party is legal next of kin. Pass that debt on properly. Or sell it to make good on it.

 

It's all very confusing.

The house/property was to be left to us in their will. And I've got NO idea how they could have overlooked year(s) of back taxes, but they did, until the County sent a letter saying make arrangements or we're selling it.

At the current moment I can't afford them either, it's a 2 year deal and soon new taxes will come down, and it will be a never ending cycle of tax debt.

I had no intentions of moving, but my hand is being forced. My grandfather has been very hesitant to pass along the business (in all aspects) as planned, so my income is limited at this moment, not enough to take on back owed taxes.

There simply aren't any good paying jobs in this area.

So the best solution is to sell out the business and sell the property. 12 acres could bring a pretty penny.

It won't be too hard to make a deal on the customers, the land could take awhile to sell.

Currently TWR has 3 companies that sell Internet service on their network, we are one of the 3 and the majority customer holder as well, so whoever purchases those accounts would become the majority customer holder and there would only be one other competing company on the network.

I keep seeing a truck everyday where I live and I swear its one of the guys on here, but I can't remember the guys name. It was a sport model with the same color as mine.
