I think they might have put it there for the picture actually...

They're not made out of steel any more?
I still have my Tonka front end loader in the closet. I've thrown away a lot of toys but that one won't be tossed.

i still have my tonka trucks somewhere. whenever i broke em, the ones with buckets or plows on them, i used to take off and rig them to my remote control trucks for winter fun! haha, i was such a redneck as a kid, now i plow for real, and make money for doing it!
