Not sure if this qualifies for the standards of this thread, but was on my road trip.

 

My mom drives a '98 audi A6 2.8 (non-turbo awd). She is a terrible driver. Last week she drove over a curb and smashed the oil pan, and all the oil leaked out. It started to make ugly noises, so she decided to drive it 5-10 more miles before she stopped (I assume because she could go no further) and called a tow truck. WTF.


I wouldn't want to pick up the bill for that repair/motor replacement...

 

I was in the parts store yesterday and a lady came in and asked the guy behind the counter if the sold nitrogen air for her car tires............... I wanted to throw the computer at her

 

 

A few weeks ago, I received my house insurance renewal. Then, about a week ago, I received a revised forum stating my premium had dropped due to "changing mortgage companies". The only change is that I refinanced the note to 10 years @ 3.25%.
