that doesnt even sound like car alarms....why would they come on and go back off? not even loud enuff to set any off, sounds like you got sumthin loose thats makin noise to me

Ha! That was a warning beep. I didn't think about going back to try to see if I could set it off fully until I was almost home.

that's a proximity warning telling you that its about to go off if you keep doing what you're doing.
laramie, next time you should back up to it so that your pipes are pointed at it and see if it'll go off.

gas or diesel?
we have a 1365 with the 4 cyl Fiat dieesl
a 1750 gas
1755 gas
1850 perkins diesel
and the 1948 "70" im restoring (very slowly) with a 6 cyl gas
and a 1974 White (bought out oliver) 4-150 field boss with a 210 horse 3208 v8 cat (NA)
