but the thing has only hot a hemi. the front axle needs to be regeared to match the rear to even make 4x4 work. i think something like that would at least need a diesel.

Wouldn't the cab driver be within his rights to pump a few rounds into the attacker if he had been armed? Considering the size difference and the unprovoked aggression I believe he would have been.
