1 inch is 'hammered'? We call that a 'light dusting'.

Lol I assume it's a dusting here too. This is our first winter here, according to Google we are supposed to average about 85" of snow. We will see I suppose. Wildman only lives about 15 min away I think, maybe he can give me some insight.

One inch of show is enough to cause End of the World behavior in the OKC metro.

Was the same when I lived in Columbus Ohio. One FLAKE fell from the sky, and there would be an accident at every intersection......

Snoqualmie pass, that connects us to Seattle/West side of the state, serves as a gauntlet for us. It weeds out most (but not all) of the people who have no business driving in the snow before they can get to us lol.

to hell with snow. im scared to drive in it around all of these crazy *** seattle-ites.

I can drive in it perfectly well, but the rest of these loons end up in the ditch or smashing into each other everywhere, or they abandon their 4x4 SUV's on the side of I-90.

(yes that actually happened one year...I-90 around issaquah was lined with abandoned cars and 1/2 of them were 4x4s!!!! yet my lil rwd S10 with summer tires had no trouble putting along through the snow.)
