That's what Facefook, Blogger, Google+, and so on are for. And that's why I'm avoiding those places for the next week or so.

Not heartless at all. This is not the place. I'm not alone in that sentiment. I have been asked by several members to say something, so I did. Has nothing at all to do with how I feel about it or if I have a heart or not.

 

Agree with jkeaton and the others to move the topic along, it lived long enough, no need to keep dwelling on the issue, it won't change anything. Use the Off Topic Section as suggested by vdub or send a Private Message.

No, it isn't heartless. This thread was never the place to talk about that. It was a terrible tragedy, but ultimately it always ends up being a political discussion or gun restriction (or push for less restriction) discussion, which do not belong here.

I am not slapping down the members who brought it up, just stating that it does ultimately belong in the Off Topic section (or at least should have its own thread) and should not be discussed further in this thread.
