Haha I don't have a bow or arrow right now...

This is getting annoying... People don't realize how much one gets used to their own keyboard... I have to use my father's laptop right now 'cause it is the only DVD burner that is working right now in the house (!). I cannot seem to type straight... I'm about ready to grab mine and plug it in

so walk out into a forest and make a bow already. i got 2 homemade bows here and i think the one would actually be strong enough to go hunting with. the other one would be more something i would be willing to give to a kid.

If anyone wants to join in on the raccoon killing fiasco, just go to this thread http://thesambachops.com/SeaElephant...pic.php?t=7680

The forum is The SEWR. Yes, you'll have to get an account, but it's basically a forum of malcontents, miscreants, and run-of-the-mill guys just being guys. They would welcome a fresh batch of smart asses to join the fray. The main forum where the antics run wild is The Whiskey Bar.

Please answer the following question: *
what's the name of the site most of us are members of as well? (ie www.???.com, all lowecase) www.thesamba.com

My Raccoon story starts on page 3 of that thread, which is in the Speak Easy. I'll give a heads up to the guy who grants access that people from the Dodge Forum want access.

I highly encourage some of you to join. Think of the Gibberish thread and Daily WTF?? thread on steroids.

crazzywolfie, I used to make bows and arrows... Gotta have the right wood. But they are very powerful when running thin sisal twine. Using something with a little more stretch than sisal would give it more power.

So I will ask, What sort of music do you all like?

so you suppose to use string that stretches? i have never used string that stretches. the piece of wood does all the work as far as i'm concerned. just keep bending and breaking sticks until you find a piece that don't snap. then use that piece. that is how i did it.

you better get that double posting problem under control before you get in trouble.

Yeah I know... It's not my computer actually, but vBulletin has a couple of well known bugs in certain browsers, namely standards-complaint ones...

So for the mods, if I double post I never am doing it on purpose, and apologize for the inconvenience it may cause.

Once again, I say DF Admins, UPGRADE to a newer vBulletin version. Chances are that they have fixed the bugs. Version 4 is out there and stable from what I hear.
