22K with the smaller gears, 26K with 5.63 gears, which I am pretty sure it does not have. And it doesn't have 3.55 gears, I can say that for sure. So 22K is what it is.
Fifth wheel? Not right now. It has gooseneck. In the past it was equipped for 5th wheel, but isn't right now.

Nooooo.... 5th wheel is similar to the hitch used on semis, and gooseneck simply uses a ball and chain hooks in the bed, kinda like the bumper hitch. They use the same *****. Fifth wheel is different.

lol. As to that engine brake for Cummins..I had a guy come into work one day who had a Jake Brake on his 3rd gen Cummins and he said he liked it a lot. This is one here is pretty kick a$$! Anyone know how much for something like this?

they don't exist for 3rd gens or 4th gens or 2nd gen 12 or 24v trucks.

trans axles and drivelines wouldn't last a second with that motor...
even my drivetrain wouldn't hold up to that beast...
they tow from the same point in the truck..centered above the rear axle, but the connection methods are completely different.
both tow with far greater control than a trailer from the rear bumper does.
your idea of fully loaded must be a light/short train lol...
last one I saw around here had 6 locomotive engines on the front of the train...no idea how many in the rear as that was miles down the road.
but typically around here you only see 2 on the front and 1 on the back...so 6 on the front means it is a heavy f'n train load!
