spell check corrected me. i meant perogies. it keeps telling me i spelt it wrong.

pretty much potato's with other stuff inside a pastry. you first boil them and then you fry them.

i guess so except they are filled with potato's and other stuff. they are pretty good but i don't always like cooking them. just too time consuming. think i need to get a deep fryer to speed things up.

DUDE. REALLY? They are HUGE here in Pittsburgh. They are amazing. The style popular here are like raviolis filled with cheddar cheese mashed potatoes and fried in butter and onions. YUM

I agree it sounds good...but never heard of them down here. And we do fry almost anything here!

you can even get them with bacon in them. some people like dipping them in sour cream. i like eating them with steak.

I love those!

I saute they in some butter till golden brown on each side.

@gdstock, you can get these at most grocery stores.
