man noobs need to learn how to search... there are currently 5 NEW threads on transmission problems on the first page of the tech section.
someone needs to sticky montec's transmission thread to the tech section. not that anyone would look there, same as the plenum thread. oh well.

This idea has been discussed. It's about a 50/50 split on making one OT thread (there already is one) and doing away with the separate section GD sections. However, I believe the decision was made to "leave it all alone" since it's like one big happy family and each generation shares a unique bond with other owners of the same generation truck.
