Because most of the single cab shortys down here have V6's.

And why do you have to bypass your heater core to get ac?

Yup. Could be using AC already. Supposed to cool down a tad this week though.

Broke blend door and what not..

AC blows only hot air when the heater core is hooked up, get nice cold air when it's bypassed

You know I've heard of that guy and his 'shed'. You have to wonder if he started the whole thing as a joke/gimmick? The guy probably owns one of the restaurants in town and wanted to see how he could get the so called tourists in town who are lining up to see this thing. Either way as a building consultant, sadly I've seen lots of stuff that compares to some of his details, just not all on the same building thankfully.

Ok, so am I the only one that thinks all the tabs / grooves / slots / pegs that need to be lined up perfectlly when all you whanna do is change the lightbulb in the headlights is totally F'd up? I have been a Mfg. Eng. for over 20+ yr.s & I even ground the slotted / grooved collar on the lightbulb off / down. I changed out the entire headlight assembly in less time than it took tryin to get the bulb locked in place in the headlight w/ the collar in place! Overkill on the design board if you ask me. Whatcha think?
