another runaway prius.. toyota owners must not be the brightest crayons in the box. if my ram accelerated by itself id just put it in neutral or turn the engine off and coast to a stop or use the brakes or ebrake, i mean why call 911? lol.

Well my brother blew the motor in the blaster yesterday. Has spark, but put a new plug in anyway. Has mix, but cleaned the carb anyway. I don't have gauge but the only thing I can figure is... it lost compression. Pulled the blaster behind the truck to try to force it to start. It basically "ran" but not under its own power and had some rattling going on... on the inside. FML.

How old is the gas in it, and did you clean out all the jets in the carb, might have sucked up some foam from the filter into a jet and clogged it up

take the plug out and put your finger over the hole, if you can keep it there while someone is trying to kickstart it, it is deff blown. The rattle could be a blown crank bearing....

Just took the past 2 hours re-building the rear axle on the Toro self-propelled mower. It was pretty gunked up from running it through the ditch!

I cant wait for spring!
