if they ask the question for something that is obvious, bill engvall thinks you should have to wear a sign that says your stupid lol.
example...
guy is in the parking lot of a mall with a coat hanger trying to pop the lock on their car, and a passer by asks the question "you lock your keys in your car?"
clever response to the dumb dumb would be: "nope! I just washed it and I am just hangin it up to dry! here's your sign!"

Pretty freakin awesome isn't it? Dude has a couple totally AWESOME cats too. Mine are nice but would never let me do that. Especially 5 or 6 times!
There is also one where he fires an AK47 under water. Pretty awesome really.
