Default pershing auto sucks

i ordered a bumper set from them june 6 and still have not received it, they are very hard to deal with and ensure it shouldnt take much longer to ship out. Each time I call they say its about ready. Do not deal with these people.

I had the same problem with them when I ordered my stuff. The thing that I did that finally got them to ship it was leave a negative feedback which should actually still be up because I never changed it. Otherwise, ebay does have a system, I can't remember what it's called, but if you run the hoops through that thing, they'll either help you get your item or refund your money. I'd say give them a negative feedback right now and see how long it takes to get a response from them. But since it's 4th of july weekend, you most likely wont hear anything until tuesday.

I've ordered several items from them. From a mirror to a grille to a whole new bumper assembly.... Yea, they can be a little lax on the communications, but they do alright in my book.

I've bought a few items from pershing auto on ebay, a front bumper assembly replacement, all chrome grill, and sumthin else...haven't had any shipping delays, but I don't like that their products are low quality and come with blemishes on the NEW STUFF... last time I buy from them

I've always used LMC Truck for equipment like that. Maybe not the cheapest pricing, but the stuff is always real high quality and they bend over backwards for customer service...

Thats were its worth it to pay the extra sometimes, especially if you want it yesterday & want proper service.
